In order to become a member, you must move your cursor on top of the second link column at the top of the page (the one that says WGTour) and choose the first option (In French this is "Devenier membre"). Then you must enter the following information:

(1) Battle.net ID (account name)
(2) Email address
(3) Account password
(4) Whether you want your password to be remembered by the computer you are using or not (oui=yes, non=no)
(5) The country you live in
(6) Your time zone
(7) The name of your team
(8) The Team password.

After you do this, you will receive an email notifying you that your account has been validated, and once you click on the link they provide your account will be officially created.
